Post-Pregnancy Woes — ever have this gnawing feeling at the back of your mind every time your husband sees you egress from the bathroom? There is a way to get rid of those unsightly memories of hormones gone wrong. All you need is the proper determination to really get back into shape in a very safe way.
Keep in mind that you are soon going to breast feed your baby and you do not want him to have synthetic ingredients in his little body. The trick here is to do things slowly. You should not be in a hurry to get rid of the flab since a new you do not happen overnight. Try considering exercises like pelvic floors, butterflies, static abs and even elevator exercises that make you climb the stairs.
Also another thing worth to remember is that you are not yet allowed to hit the gym within the first six months after you gave birth. Your body needs to recover too. The mentioned floor and stair exercises can be allowed for you but take proper care if you have undergone a caesarian section. Did you know that another trick you can do to look fabulous even though you’ve had a child already? Breast Feed. Did you know you will lose weight by doing so?
The biggest thing is just plan old hard work. Once you pop your baby out get into the gym or you can even try something like the nutrisystem. If you try enough things then sooner or later you will hit the winner. Once you find something that works then stick with it.
